Cancellation Policy
  • In the case of cancellation within 15-20 days before trip date, 30% will be deducted from the total package.
  • In the case of cancellation within 7-15 days before trip date, 50% will be deducted from the total package.
  • In the case of cancellation in less than 7 days before trip date, 75% will be deducted from the total package.
  • In the case of cancellation within the trip date, 100 % will be deducted from the total package.
  • The company is not responsible for refunding any booked flight or train tickets in the case of cancellation.

    • Once contract is signed:

  • Prices cannot be changed or altered.
  • Trips on the following occasions are non-refundable: Christmas - New Years - Eid El Fitr - Eid El Adha - Easter - Midyear vacation.
